Restrictions for sale of chemicals

Due to legal regulations (including the Chemical Prohibition Regulation), special rules apply to the distribution of certain substances.

To make these complex legal requirements as simple as possible for you, we have categorized our offered products into different categories.

0 - No restrictions
There are no restrictions on the distribution to private and commercial customers.

1 - Distribution to persons aged 18 and over
Private customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase, there are no restrictions for commercial customers.

2 - An end-user certificate is required
Private customers must provide a completed end-use declaration. We require a proof of business registration from commercial customers.

3 - No distribution to private customers
Distribution exclusively to commercial customers, educational institutions, and government agencies. A general end-use declaration as well as proof of business registration are required.
